Nice looking. Highly recommend purchasing a better mouthpiece, as the standard piece is uncomfortable and causes rapid fatigue. C# key on upper joint is odd sounding.

I bought the Selmer Prelude clarinet after comparison shopping. I thought this was a great buy. I also bought Fobes Debut and Hite Premiere mouthpieces with Vandoren V-12 2.5 reeds. This combination appears to have solved the #C issue reported earlier. I just performed all my chromatic scales and despite my inexperience, get increasingly better tone and intonation. I'll keep this clarinet! For the money - its built to Selmer standards - a beginner can't go wrong. I love to practice with it!
