I love the fact I dont have to buy multiple excerciers to get different poundage. I just dial up what I want. And the added callouse builder is a definite plus. I do it while watching TV and don't realize I'm even doing it. It came with different exercises on the back that focus on different areas on the arm and hand. A must need for any musician that uses their hand and arms.
