This a very sensitive and accruate tuner. Ideal for someone who works on their own guitars. On my pedalboard, it's a bit of an overkill. I don't record a lot, so the true bypass feature isn't a huge benefit. If you use a Boss TU2 or comparable tuner at the beginning of a long signal chain, consider keeping your current tuner. The DI out is a cool feature for the singer/songwriter who needs a direct box and a tuner all in one. If you set up your own guitars or run an acoustic through a direct box often, consider this tuner. If you don't, save some money and get a cheaper one.
