This Pearl Vision 5-Piece Drum Set includes a FREE 10" tom making it a 6-piece kit. The drums have 100% maple shells and 900 Series hardware. Maple, known for its warm, rich tone, has long been the choice wood of professional drummers worldwide. This Pearl Vision Drum Kit comes with a 22" x 18" kick drum; 10" x 8", 12" x 9", and 13" x 10" toms; 16" x 16" floor tom; a 14" x 5-1/2" matching maple snare drum; and all the necessary hardware to set it up.

Optimized Shell Configuration
The fundamental thought behind Pearl's award-winning Reference Series drums is to optimize every component of your drum set to respond to its full potential within the confines of its respective frequency range. This is achieved through the use of premium wood composition and shell thickness via strategic variance in the type and number of plies. This same spirit of innovation is now available to the emerging musician in the Pearl Vision Series.

SST Drum Shell Design
The Vision Series offers a sonically advanced recipe of strategically arranged plies of premium wood to maximize frequency response in every component. As with all Pearl drums each shell is formed from Pearl's legendary SST construction process. This process uses extreme heat, precision cut scarf joints, Pearl's proprietary Acoustiglue, and over 1,000 pounds of hydraulic pressure to create the ultimate acoustic air chamber. Vision VMX features a 100% maple matching snare drum. Maple snares resonate with a warm, full-bodied tone. With a 6-ply 7.5mm shell thickness this snare also produces the extra power for incredible projection and cut. The smooth frequency response of VMX's maple shell produces balanced tones from lows to highs.

Warranty Information
Pearl's Marching and Concert Percussion except as noted herein, purchased from an authorized Pearl dealer are warranted to the original retail purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery. Warranty coverage will commence on the date of retail purchase and shall be valid by item as indicated below and is not transferable. Shells: Wood shells are guaranteed against material failure, ply separation or going out of round for a period of three (3) years. Hardware: Hardware is guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years. Finish: Both the lacquer and covered finishes on Pearl drums are guaranteed for one (1) year; however, Pearl does not guarantee against deterioration by reason of corrosive atmosphere, extreme temperature, or other external causes. Hoops: Wood hoops are guaranteed against material failure, ply separation or going out of round for a period of one (1) year. Adams Products: All Adams Products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Mallet bar sets are entitled to one (1) free tuning during the period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. Individual bars may be exchanged as often as necessary during the period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. For rosewood and padouk bars, Pearl/Adams highly recommends waiting for nine (9) months from the date of original purchase before exchanging or tuning the bars. This warranty does not apply to alterations or additions to the product after it leaves the factory. Warranty does not cover sticks, brushes, beaters, springs, heads or cymbals. Pearl will repair and/or replace warranted parts free of charge upon delivery by the original purchaser to an Authorized Dealer or to the Pearl Corporation. Proof of status as original purchaser is required for warranty coverage. This warranty gives specific rights. Purchaser's rights may vary from state to state.
