"great for the working drummer"

It's great to have an abundance of sticks without spending a small fortune. They're just as good as an $80 case of sticks. I play 5-7 shows a month, 2-3 hours at a time, so I go thru a lot of sticks. These are great for the working drummer. I buy 2 cases(5B Wood) of these for the price of the higher end sticks. They're not as bad as some people think. You should try them.

I'll be honest, I've had these sticks in my cart 3 separate times before I decided to buy them. I got as far as checking out and figured..."That many sticks for that price...hell no, I'm gonna get ripped..." But the reality is much different. As far as cheap sticks go, these are some of the best. When they say "minor cosmetic blemishes" that means minor scratches near the tips, slightly "ruff" patches in areas where the stick will be striking cymbals anyway. I would have given these sticks 5 stars but the only problem I found with them is they do break rather quickly. It may just be me, however. I tend to hit hard and the longest millage I've gotten out of a pair of these is two practice sessions (6 hours each) and three shows (1-2 hours each). I suppose that isn't too bad considering my band makes it a habit to practice as if it were a show. I'll probably buy these again.

I own these sticks in a 7A wood tip. I used to buy the $6-$10.00 pair of sticks but no more, not since I tried these out. For this price a drummer needs to at least try them out once. I gave these sticks to some drummer friends of mine and they are now hooked them. These are the best sticks hands down for this kind of money! Try'em out!

"Perfect for a drummer like me"

I have been buying sticks by the pound at a local store for the past 2 years at $2 a pair (owner loves me) and I finally decided to try these out. For $3.33 (only $1.33 more) I can get sticks (all the right size) that last 2 weeks instead of 1 week. I play 1 live show a week plus 2+ hours of hard hitting practice in one week, and I use 7A's. for me to get 2 weeks out of $3 sticks is amazing.. If you tour!!! YOU NEED THESE STICKS!

"GREAT STICKS!"

I've used just about every brand of stick out there, and all the name brands are about the same in terms of quality. But what sets these apart is the value. Like other reviewers have said, I go through a lot of sticks, so I try to get the most I can for the money. These sticks are similar in quality to Vic Firth's top lines, and cost a lot less! So these sticks have become my choice, and I am VERY satisfied with them!!!
