Got the mcs in great shape...hooked up and tested out the performance on vocal range...great response for such a small price. Very SOLID 4 stars. Just a tad bright, but not substantial or noticable to most. Switch would be nice, but then again, can't break what isn't there. Very directional, but favorably responsive. Will test out on instrumentals shortly. Suspect the same, as the freq response is very suitable for human hearing range. If you are mic'ing on a budget this is a definite plus, three for one deal IS a deal. Now, just don't go pushing up the price!

I recieved these mics with the intention of using them for instrument mics. I am micing the guitar players' amps and singers vocal amp, and am VERY impressed with the sound quality that I am getting. I was a little skeptical at first because of the price, but am very pleased with this product. My singer also tried one out for his vocals...Awesome! I will be buying more of these little beauties...
