The case is strong with a good handle. It fits long and short scale basses. Numerous different types of basses fit in the case. I searched for a good, reasonably priced case. I finally found it.

This was one of the best deals I found for a hardshell case and it fit my BC Rich Mockingbird bass perfectly. No need to buy the $160 BC rich case. the base doesnt rattle around on the inside or anything.

"good bass case value"

This is a good bass case for the money. Interior is nice. Exterior is sturdy. Latches seem weak but they do the job. I have a variety of basses and tried all of them in this case. Here are the results. Hope this helps your decision. American Fender Jazz = good fit. American Fender Precision = loose fit, I would not recommend this case. MTD Kingston Artist = fits, but because of the tilt of the headstock the tuning keys hit bottom, I would not recommend this case. Musicman Stingray 5 = good fit. OLP MM Stingray 5 = good fit. OLP MM Stingray 4 = good fit. Peavey Dynabass = good fit. Yamaha BB350F = good fit.
