I fully expected this to be a generic style knock off. Wow, am I surprised!! The base is adequate in weight, much to my surprise! I expected to walk by it and have it just fall over, I am VERY impressed!!

Have three of these and I must say, they are a real deal. Light weight but sturdy and easy to adjust. I can’t believe they are here at this price. If you need some mic. Stands, you can’t go wrong with these.

It's your typical straight mic stand that you would buy down at your local music store--half the cost, though. ;-) It seems sturdy enough. The base is nice and heavy.

Ok, so how much could you say about a mic stand, right? Well, its not THIS mic stand that concerns me. In fact this mic stand is very simply the answer to a solvable problem. The new mic stands that I am seeing a lot of have three fairly long legs that allow the stand to tip, the legs are long enough to trip on and the hardware is junk. This mic stand works. It doesn't tip or make you trip and best of all, its affordable. I got three. They are well built and you won't need to buy more than you need or pay more for less quality. If you need a mic stand. This is a great option.

Nice heavy base. Doesn't tip over easily. Great price.
