My Tweed case was everything I anticipated it to be. Tweed is more delicate and will not withstand rough handling. I have already blemished it by accidentally smacking it against my trucks rear bumber. Even so, I expecially like the classy, formal appearance and the workmanship. The hardware is sound and the fit and finish is excellent. If you need a case you can just toss in the bed of your truck or in the cargo bay of a bus, this is probably not the best choice. Its classy skin is handsome. But not rugged.

I bought the black one. It's a nice basic case, not ultra fancy, but not ultra expensive. Decent quality, it should hold most bass guitars just fine.

The case is a solid and a good value for the money. The sizes are wrong on the description. It will only hold a bass with a 20-1/2 inch body. The discription says 21-1/2 inches. So check your size before ordering. My Dean Edge bass was to big.

i have the tweed bass case. i have a warwick corvette standard in it. it seems extremley sturdy and well put together. the tweed is very nice and has a nice classic feel.

For the money this is a real nice case. Sharp looking except for the poor glue job on the tweed cloth covering. Mine had a few bubles in it that doesn't look very nice. Protects very well, classy looking, and CHEAP!!! Compare it to a Fender case and see the price difference and this one protects every bit as well. I do agree that it doesn't support the neck as well as I'd like but I only have it in the case when I'm moving it.
