1. What is the Music123 Affiliate Program?
   The Music123 Affiliate Program is a fast and easy way to add e-commerce to your web site and start generating revenue. If you have a web site, you can join the Music123 Affiliate Program and earn money by promoting any of our products from your site using the banner links we provide you. Each time a visitor clicks from your site to Music123 to purchase items, you earn commissions.

2. What's in it for me, my site, and my visitors?
   Earn up to 12% commission on referred merchandise sales with a 30 day cookie for return visitors (You get commission on all sales that take place up to 30 days after you send someone to Music123. For example, if a customer visits your site and clicks on our banner ad and doesn't buy anything right away, but purchases something at Music123 a few days later, you still get credited for the sale.)

4. How do I join/ start?
   It is very simple to get started! Just complete the brief online application: https://signup.cj.com/member/brandedPublisherSignUp.do?air_refmerchantid=2326608 You will receive an instant e-mail confirming the receipt of your application. We will review your application as soon as possible, typically within 1 or 2 business days.

5. What is involved after joining?
   After your application has been approved, you will receive an e-mail containing your username and password and detailed instructions on how to begin pulling our links and text. Once you are logged into Commission Junction you will have access to pull links to place them on your sites, and get reports about how the links are performing and how much they have earned.

6. Who is Commission Junction?
   Commission Junction, a ValueClick company, is a global leader in the online advertising channels of affiliate marketing and managed search. Founded in 1998, Commission Junctionis based in Santa Barbara, California and has offices around the world. Commission Junction provides the software that enables us to track affiliate activity and which allows you to view your activity as well.

7. Will you provide me with banners and graphics to use for my site?
   We will provide you with all the needed banners, graphics, textual links, and marketing support. Once you join, you will receive a user name and password via e-mail which will allow you to login at http://www.cj.com and pull the images and code that you need.

8. Who does Music123 want as affiliates?
   Music123 wants sites interested in selling our products. We encourage all interested sites to apply to our program. However, before you can participate in our program, we will need to approve your site. Mainly we look for sites that:
   • Are aesthetically pleasing
   • Do not display content that may be deemed pornographic or offensive
   • Are fully up and functional. We will temporarily decline sites that are down or are under heavy construction
   • Do Not Display Coupon Code without prior written permission of the Affiliate Marketing Team
   • Are not personal homepages or personal websites

9. How do I know what commissions I've earned?
   Once you join, you will receive a user name and password via e-mail which will allow you to login at http://www.cj.com/ and check your reports including how much commission you have earned.

10. When and how do I get paid?
    You will be paid monthly when your commissions exceed $25.00. All checks will be mailed to the billing contact you put on the Affiliate Application.

11. What products count for commission?
    All products on Music123 count for commission, except sheet music, certain outlet items, and items that manufacturers do not allow us to sell on the internet. Guitars, drums, woodwind, brass, keyboards, accessories and more! Our entire inventory is at your fingertips!

12. What does 30 day referral credit mean?
    30 day referral credit means that you get commission on all sales that take place up to 30 days after you send someone to Music123. For example, if a customer visits your site and clicks on our banner ad and doesn't buy anything right away, but purchases something at Music123 a few days later, you still get credited for the sale. That's one of the special benefits we give to our affiliates as a way of saying thanks.

13. I have more than one URL, can I register each of them?
    You may register more than one URL as long as they are different sites and not multiple URL's of the same one.

14. How should I design my web site?
    You are free to design your site and promotion as you see fit and as long as it does not violate our affiliate agreement. Our newsletters also give helpful hints for products, placement, and promotion.
