At first a little shy of buying a "laminate" guitar, but it was a Martin, and affordable, so certainly worth a try. What a surprise! Sound is full and rich, as you'd expect from a Martin.
Delightful action - very easy to play.
Construction is excellent. No sloppy "low-end" assembly here. Again, that Martin quality shows. No fancy eye-candy-frills, like pearl inlays, etc., but who cares?
It's playability and sound that counts and this guitar has that in abundance. Definitely lives up to the Martin heritage.
