My first stand was a wire stand. Very light and not very sturdy and would only hold one thin music book. The new stand is great I can use my larger song books with no worry of collapse. This was recommended by my guitar teacher. Only problem minor in nature is the nut that adjust the angle of the music holder requires a wrench to tighten the nuts each time you need to adjust.Other than that it is a great stand.

This is the second portable stand I purchased this year. The first model I chose, a different brand altogether, was too difficult to set up and break down, had too many loosely fitting pieces, and finally one of the legs broke during the set up process making it useless. By contrast, the Voyager is lightweight, is easy to pack and set up, and is no trouble to carry on and off stage because it is only two pieces. While it would be great if it could be broken down into a more compact size for transport purposes, as long as you have the carrying case its size poses no problem at all.

This stand has solved my problems. I can quickly setup and take down, plus there is no chance for the stand to damage nice wood floors. I work in all kinds of environments and the stand holds it own in addition to being light and durable. The service from 123 was great as well. I got my stand in four days.

I've enjoyed my new music stand. It has been so much nicer than the flimsy wire stand I had before. Once it is assembled, which doesn't take long, the stand is as good as any solid stand you could find in a music facility. It's not quite as convenient to carry as a wire stand, but if you buy the bag, it makes travel quite manageable. I highly recommend this stand!
