NEW - "Worth the price"

OK- I'm not an expert, but I have been doing recording on and off over the years with a variety of equipment. I tried miking my upright piano with this mic on the high end and a Rode NT-1 on the low end. I used a Duet interface to test record with Logic Studio. It was impressive- I liked it better than the grand piano I recorded with a studio engineer. I've heard that in the past it was a 50/50 shot with this microphone because of consistency issues in the factory. I hope that's not the case anymore, and maybe Marshall is just trying to get the word out. Either way I got a winner, and I would thus recommend it to any one with my kind of budget.

I like using this mic sounds great for the price. I have not really gone deep with it yet but I am happy so far with the sounds so far. Being a up comming artist producing my own music I am happy.

I will keep this short and sweet! This mic is incredible for the price. This has worked well recording acoustically (guitar, drums etc) as well as vocals.

I bought this mic to do vocal recordings and it works perfect. All of my vocal tracks come out sounding great. The only thing you need to know is that if you can't sing very well it is very hard to cover up becuase it easily shows through the recordings.
