When I got this amplifier I was really amazed. It sounded good, the settings were really good, and its an overall good amp. The only thing I didnt like about the amp, is that the metal distortion didnt have enough bass. But it goes really loud, and can even match my brothers friends spider ll 150 watt. Overall great amp.
I bought this amp about 8 or 9 months ago, I played it a lot and loved it, I liked it so much I got the 50 watt and the 100 watt and started playing them for shows. They have many great settings. Also great value.
If your looking for a good amp. Stop looking every where, get this one. Trust me, for being a computer freak, theres no where I didnt go. This is one of the loudest amps out there. The main reason I got this amp was for the FX, OMG, is is crazy theresso many effect you never heard before and the cool this is that you can put all the effects together, If your thinking of getting a 15, watt, save muny and get the 30, so you wont need to end up with a room full of amps. So stop searching and get this one.
I just got this awsome amp and man is it everything I expected it to be, it's got everything a player could possibly want, you can definately use this in a small gig, just jammin with friends or even just toyin around in your room, don't hesitate. If you need a good mid sized amp, get this thing... you won't be discouraged.
First off, I have to agree with the guy who said that this thing beats Marshall (On any day, in every way.) With Line 6, you get a 12" Celestion speaker and that translates into tones that Marshalls below 150W can't even dream of. The clean sound is also superior to any Marshall. But the real beauty of this thing is that it gives you enough flexibility to prepare 4 great tones - one per channel - and rock the house. I play clubs, pubs & bars with a full band + 2 saxes and I need nothing but my faithful Spider. The effects are not bad, but if you use a chorus, flanger or phaser a lot, you'll want to have an external effect so you can control it better.
