Line 6 Spider III 15 15W 1x8 Guitar Combo Amp
The Line 6 Spider III 15 Guitar Combo Amplifier delivers detailed amp models based on some of the greatest guitar sounds ever created. To keep these sounds authentic, Line 6 kidnapped some of the world's most notorious rock stars to dial in each amp model, including 311, Thursday, Lacuna Coil, Hawthorne Heights, Slipknot, Ash, Albert Lee, Athlete, John 5, and many more! Now you can rule the stage with the Insane model with its truly massive gain or explore your sensitive side in the studio with the Clean model. It's all up to you.

Amp Models:
Clean: Red LED - Select this Amp Model and adjust the tone controls to get crisp, amazing clean sounds, great warm jazz tones, and all the high-end shimmer you'll need with a generous amount of bottom end.

Crunch: Red LED - This sound was crafted during Line 6's studies* of the '68 Marshall© Plexi 50 Watt. This type of Marshall© amp was used by a number of early metal bands. Crunch provides a wider range of tone control settings than the original Marshall© amp had.

Metal: Red LED - This Amp Model is based on* the Mesa/Boogie© Dual Rectifier©. Use this Amp Model to get a tight and punchy, high gain Metal sound.

Insane: Red LED - This model is Line 6's "dialed in for shredding" version based on* the Mesa/Boogie© Dual Rectifier© red channel. It combines the intensity and impact of Metal Red, but delivers more midrange and teeth for that bone-crushing, brain piercing insane grind.

Effects:
A great amp isn't the only part of a great guitar sound. With Smart Control FX, an exclusive Line 6 feature that automatically dials in different effect parameters, you spend more time playing and less time tweaking. Simply find the effect that you want, turn the knob to your desired intensity, and you're done. You can even use multiple effects at the same if you wanna get really crazy.

Effects Models (Up to 2 effects simultaneous)
Phaser
Chorus/Flanger
Tremolo
Sweep Echo
Tape Echo
Reverb

Ins & Outs
When you're playing with your band on stage just drag the Spider III on stage and crank it up. When it comes time to record, use the headphone/direct out and plug it straight into the mixing board for world-class POD© 2.0 direct tone used in pro studios and stages everywhere! You can also use the same out with headphones for practicing in your bedroom. Want to play along with your favorite songs? Plug into the CD/MP3 input and you're good to go.

Plug in and separate yourself from the posers.

This amp is great, just not for beginners, but every one who has small gigs every now and then. This has a lot of sound and power for such a little amp. Its cheap and bigger than a Marshall that's the same price. While the Marshall only has a clean and overdrive channel the Line 6 has Clean for songs like 'Where the streets have no Name', Crunch for songs like 'Whole Lotta Love', Metal for songs like 'Enter Sandman' and my Favorite Insane which is the craziest metal sound I have ever heard! Go Out and Buy this product. You can play all of your favorite songs and get them to sound the way you want them to.

my friend has this amp and holy %#&@ this thing is loud for 15 watts well he had it cranked near full and well lets just say my ears hurt after a few mins of listening its got an 8" speaker and could keep up with loud drummers pretty easily...not to mention keep up with things like the 120 and 150 watt version if i had a credit card i would have bought this the moment i saw it on here its alot more than you would expect when first buying this, the effects it comes with can pull off some heavy ****ing riffs and solos. you can play pretty much any song with this amp from blues to hard core metal, for the clean channel you can pull of some soft music crunch is great for hard blues metal and insane...you get the picture for children of bodom or slayer

Overall this is a great amp. The different channels and effects are awesome especially for people on a budget. I love that you can save your settings without having to dial them in every time, (you can turn the echo off, turn the effects knob to the off position, and then simply hold whatever channel button your on until it blinks to save it.). ItÆs a small and light amp which makes it great for taking over to buddy's houses to jam. Not a bad price either.

my friend has an amp like this and at 15 watts it sounds nearly as loud as a 100 watt amp atleast since i currently have a 22 watt fender sp 10 amp this thing makes me feel very small the amp has very cool features such as buttons for clean, crunch, metal and insane.trust me its a cheap amp with alot of noise to it!not recomended for people who have neighbors who hate screaming loud noise.
