i ordered this pedal a few nights ago. but i have played it before at a local music shop. it is freakin amazing. One of the best pedals i have ever had a chance to play. the settings were amazing. the handle thats attached on to it. so you can take it to places easier. the volume pedal worked great on it. and so did the wah. This is an awesome price for this great of a pedal. the distortion on this pedal was amazing. infact, all of the settings were amazing. i have never left a comment or a rating review before. but i decided i had to on this one. just because its an awesome pedal and i felt like i needed to let you guys know.
It's a great little unit, more suited for the bedroom guitar hero, but I've been using it on stage and in the pit as a quick and easy solution to a variety of guitar sounds. For this price range its a really great unit. Theres a good variety of drive tones and effects, It's super easy to use, and the expression pedal and stomp pedals work great. The main thing that bugs me about this pedal is that is pretty much NO consideration to providing any decent clean sounds. It is possible, but you would have to turn the main volume of all your high settings down, and the main volume way up for the less gain settings to get a better blend between the two. Plus the modulation effects are pretty much on and off, there is no subtleness with them, especially the phaser. BUT LETS NOT FORGET.. it's only a couple of hundred bucks, what do you expect? I like it because it's small, light, and it does have some gnarly drive tones and some pretty nice sounding blues tones to it. If your a beginner and just want something to much around on, buy this by all means. But if your buying it for any live setting, spend the extra $$$ and get the Floor pod plus or the Vox Tonelab LE (which is a great unit)
