I bought M08 MP about a year ago (2002) and it is very nice and easily plays as well as MP's costing significantly more money. I thought I had a found the MP I could live with for a long time. About ninety days after the purchase, the MP table warped "visibly!" I treat my equipment very well so this wasn't an issue of leaving a tightened lig on it, it just warped on its own accord. There was no warranty coverage, so I could either attempt to have it refaced for additional $$'s or buy another MP. I choose the later by a custom maker. The Marcellus is a nice playing MP my only issue is that I now have a $60+ hunk of plastic.

This mp is a good step up mp. I would recommend it as a possibility but try out other mps as well.
