Made from a special aluminum alloy, the Gio compact bongos feature full sized 7-1/4" and 8-5/8" heads that are fully tunable. Their compact design allows for easy placement in drum kits or expansive percussion set ups when space is an issue. And the sound is frighteningly close to that of standard bongos. They respond well to intricate hand patterns and can also be played to good effect with drumsticks. Designed with most synthetic heads in mind, they are tunable with a standard kit drum key.
