This makes playing so simple and clean. I've always had a hard time with bar chords, but this capo eliminates the need to use them. Using the capo produces a very open sound. Though I'm sure many hardcore guitarists will consider using this capo as "cheating," I nevertheless will not go to a gig without it.
I've been looking for a cut capo, to corrispond with my regular capo, for a while now. It seems most of the song books I've been looking at are written to use a cut capo, or combination of.
