Great bari. I wish the one I play were mine. It's sweet melodic tones soar through our band arrangements, and really give our music a wonderful feel.
I have played this sax for two years now and I have had trouble with it of and on. I cant really get the low notes out half of the time. It looks pretty but don't let it fool you. The one I play is only two years old and has had to be repaired five or six times. you would be better of getting a student model Bundy or something but u wouldn't invest in this one.
I absolutly love play it. It is responsive and great sounding.
I bought this sax just over 3 years ago and it's been a great investment. My previous one was a Conn Low Bb which is a great instrument that I still have. I play the Jupiter all the time in 2 community bands and it really holds up well. I've had the opportunity to try a Cannonball Bari which is twice the price and I'd rather have the Jupiter.
I played a low A Jupiter at my high school and I wish I had the money to buy one for myself. When I do get the money, this will be the one that I will buy, in black of course!
