Jasmine by Takamine S34C NEX Cutaway Acoustic Guitar
S34C

It used to be, that if you wanted a quality acoustic guitar you had to take out a small business loan (or at least sell all your belongings for a down payment).

Jasmine by Takamine has just changed all that.
Everybody knows that Takamine makes the richest sounding, easiest playing, best looking guitars around - now everybody can have that same level of quality for much less than you'd expect

The S34-C receives the same care and setup that the most expensive Takamine receives, so you know that you are getting the most NEX Mini Jumbo body acoustic for your money. Nato back and sides give the richness that Jasmine guitars are known for (not to mention stability), a spruce top for all the sparkling highs that you could want, and a drastic cutaway leaving the top frets accessible all the way up. Ping covered tuners that tune and stay tuned, and a price that seems impossible for the features offered. Just play it, and you'll be convinced.

What is the warranty period of my guitar?

Most Jasmine guitars carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty. Models in our Studio Series (JS 141, JS241, JS341, JS441) carry a Limited 5 year warranty.

Who do I contact for warranty service for my guitar?

You need to contact your place of purchase with a copy of your sales receipt and request a warranty service evaluation. The dealer or service center should then contact Kaman Music and request a Return Authorization number.

What if my place of purchase is out of business or in another state?

Use our website's search engines to find a local Authorized Dealer or Service Center for your product. Then contact them with a copy of your sales receipt and request a warranty service evaluation.

How long does it take to get a warranty service evaluation?

The dealer or service center must contact Kaman Music for a Return Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. As a consumer, you are responsible for shipping charges to return the product to Kaman Music. Once in the possession of Kaman Music Corp, the evaluation normally takes 2-3 days.

What happens after the evaluation?

Kaman Music determines if the product is repairable and will repair it under the terms of the warranty policy for that product. The product will be returned to the dealer or service center, prepaid.

What if my guitar is not repairable?

Kaman Music will replace the item with another one of equal value. In the case of a discontinued model, Kaman Music will replace the item with another of equal or more value.

Is my warranty transferable?

No, all Kaman Music warranty policies are valid only to the original purchaser with a warranty card on file or a copy of the original sales receipt as proof of purchase.

How can I get parts for my guitar?

Contact your place of purchase to order parts. You need to provide the model and serial number of the product and a copy of your sales receipt if the part is under warranty.

What does a Limited Lifetime Warranty Policy really mean?

Our Limited Lifetime warranty policy means that for the first 2 years you own the product, Kaman Music will cover all parts and labor for anything deemed defective. After that initial 2 year period, Kaman will cover the parts for anything deemed defective as long as you own the product, but now the consumer is responsible for any labor charges incurred in the repair.
Please Note: All electronics, machine heads and strings are not covered under warranty.

Absolutley a great guitar. Tune it up and right out of the box it sounds incredible. I have about 10 years playing time and have played many beginner guitars; this is hands down the best. I own a $$ Alzarez Yari and I'd have to say the sound compares. The Jasmine has an excellent solid construction and great tone. I bought the Jasmine so I'd have something to play while I am in Iraq. Thanks Music 123 for the awesome customer support. The guitar arrived in about 3 weeks which is fast out here. I had intended to sell it to someone when I leave, but now I have to buy a hard case so I can ship it home; this is a keeper. This will go with me on every deployment, camping trip, vacation, etc. I love this thing!

I bought this guitar about 6 months ago thinking that I was getting a cheap guitar. However, what I got was a great guitar for a great price. The wood is beautiful, the sound and tone is sharp and awesome, and the price is unbeatable. Takamine did a great job with this guitar by making one that stays in tune and is easy to play. I would recommend this guitar to anyone, from beginners to advanced players, who wants a guitar that keeps getting better the longer you play it.

I just received my Jasmine this week. The guitar is beautiful - until you look at it a little closer. There are several blemishes and imperfections in the finish. Also, the binding is actually chipped in one spot. It has nothing to do with the sound and I know it's not real expensive but you can't help but expect it to be perfect. It has a great feel in my hands and I look forward to getting better as I go. I was a little dissappointed in how long it took to arrive. It took over a week and a half to show up - and it came in 2 shipments - the case and some other stuff on one day and the guitar the next.I still would recommend both the guitar and Music123.

Awesome guitar. Couldn't ask for more. It's my first acoustic, and I love it. Great sound. Dark and rich. Strings are a bit hard, but you'll get used to them.
