Great guitar for the price! Sounds nice and full even though it's a slim body. Sounds good plugged in as well. If you are looking for a versatile and affordable buy, look no further.

I have now had this guitar for 4 years. when I first got it, I had some experience, but I knew nothing then like I know now. I made most of my songs on this guitar. if you use it avidly, watch out for: wearing out of frets (easily replaced), truss bending (maybe the humidity?)among other small things. When you first get it, it does seem kind of small, and neck heavy. But you get used to it. the cut makes it UBER easy to hit the highest note on the board. GREAT for those solos. The guitar has nice action with the right pair of strings and the right truss positioning. Now, I use it as my second guitar/acousticit sounds good unplugged... a little weaker than a straight acoustic, but it still punches a good sound. plugged in it sounds great to, more electric fell to it.My suggestions for this guitar:get a good solid pair of light stringsloosen the trussif u want better action, take the strings off and take out the string holder in place thingy and sand it down. (you get 2, so you might as well make one smaller for better action)um, another downside is that there is no pickboard, and it gets quite scratched after lots of hours of play. idk if I would spend the money I did for it. but unfortunately, it is pretty much one of a kind... for now.good luck. it is an ok guitar, but nothing to my customs shop Fender Strat... yea, that was a little more than seventeen hundred. :)

I have been playing guitar for three years. I never thought I was any good, until I ordered this guitar on a whim. Well, it arrived today, and I just put it down for the first time in three hours. I am playing to the full extent of my current ability. This guitar has helped me to utilize my talent. The action on the TCY10 is perfect. With a set of light polymer-coated strings, this would be the ultimate guitar to play in the recording studio or live. I plan to use this guitar to eventually cut a demo, and look forward to hopefully using it live in the future.

This guitar sounds like an expensive acoustic, and plays like an electric. It also sounds great thru an amp. The action could be a hair lower but it plays just fine. A lighter set of strings will make this guitar perfect. It's an amazing guitar for the money.

This guitar came yesterday. A little smaller than I had expected, but when I played it, I realized it was a good size for me. I recommend an acoustic amp rather than the electric, the sound is more clear. I'm 15 and I'm a beginner and to me this guitar looks and sounds pretty tight. Recommended for price!
