this guitar is amazing. the finish is beautiful, i love the way that you can see the wood through the matte black finish. the neck is the fastest neck i have ever played, it even felt better than the dean razorback that i tried before getting the s320. when they say that the pick-ups are versitile they arent kidding. there is a 5 way pickup selector and 2 humbuckers. in position 1 the bridge pick up is on. it sounds amazing and gives you that really chunky rythm sound an picks up harmonics really well.position 2 is just the inside coil of the bridge pickup. it sounds really good clean and distorted, it helps to get that jimi hendrix strat sound. the middle position is both humbuckers, which i use for rythm and solos, gives a really great metal sound when on high gain and a really evenly balanced bass sound when on clean. the 4th position is both the inside coils of both pickups, this sounds once a gain very strat like, and absolutly amazing on clean settings, if you turn the tone down it sounds like an acoustic. the 5th position is the neck pickup, it is great for solos, the only problem is it doesnt pick up pinch harmonics as good as the bridge. the zr tremolo is the greatest trem i've ever played by far. it beats all of ibanez's other trems and is better than any liscensed floyd rose or schaller tremolo. it is great because it uses ball bearings instead of knife edges and is extremly easy to tune. you can also take out 2 springs from the back to make it a completly floating tremolo. it works great, i do dragonforce type wammy stuff and my guitar doesnt go out of tune in the slightest, and i truly mean this. all the hard ware is top knotch and looks great. the only thing i changed was the strap buttons to schaller strap locks, the ones that are on it are very small. if you are even thinking of getting an ibanez guitar make sure to try this one out, you will not be dissapointed. on other thing, the neck on this thing is soo flat and thin, its is soo great i mean really. out of all the guitars i've played this neck feels the best. soo GET THIS GUITAR!!
