This is my second guitar, and I have to say that I am VERY pleased with it. I thought this guitar was the best bang for the buck. You do get a LITTLE bit of buzzing when you put on overdrive (not really that big of a deal), but you get a lot of feedback. The feel of this guitar is amazing, it feels really good. The neck is really thin. This guitar stays in tune for a long time. The clean tone on this guitar sounds really good too. And I love how this guitar looks. My friend has a $500 Jackson and I must say that my guitar sounds way better, and it also feels better.

Alright, overall it's great. It's so light, but don't let that intimidate you...it's got raw power. The stock pickups provide a deep heavy sound that sounds great on any amp. The Wizard II neck is extremely fast, and the guitar just feels so great in your hands. It's a real beauty. It's not among the best of guitars, but it's definitely worth more than the less than 300 dollars that you pay for. The only thing is that on the fretboard when you bend the strings and what not, the finish scrapes off rather easily, but it's not even that important. It's not like the wood disappears, it's just the glossy finish that the fretboard has, but that's a minor problem. Also, it doesn't have a pickguard, so if you hit the pick against the body, it scratches VERY easily, but it's not like the paint comes off, it just kind of 'dents' in a way. Not noticeable..especially from far, but when you realize the scratches are there, you'll know they're there, but like I said, it's nothing major at all...don't be discouraged at ALL. The stock strings feel really flimsy and stretchy, I wouldn't recommend them. Right now I'm getting a 52 gauge to 12 gauge set of strings, so that's gonna be nice.

This is my fourth electric guitar, and my third Ibanez. I had extreme confidence in Ibanez products beforehand, and when I went on the search for a fixed bridge mahogany 6 string, I found this beauty. I seriously got more than I expected. To begin with, it's a beautiful piece just to stare at in admiration. The wood tone is deep, the bound neck looks tight, and the tinted chrome compliments it all. Now to the feel. This thing feels more solid than most anything I've played. Everything was tight and fitted. Of coarse, don't expect to have it set up when you get it. I plugged in and felt some major sustain. The pickups could use a little more density, but aside from that they are fine. The neck feels great, and is easy to play. I'd recommend this one for anyone looking for a solid 6 string fixed bridge guitar that's got looks.

"I would buy another one if the one I have broke"

I got this guitar for Christmas after I had it in lay a way. I really like the finish on it. Though I find it easy to scratch. I also really like the switch in the the fifth position since it sounds more like a strat. In a year or so I might change the pick-ups. If you like Ibanez and don't have a lot of money I suggest you buy it.

The pickups are pretty good though you do want to eventually switch em up with some Dimarzios or EMGs, whichever you prefer. This guitar is such a solid instrument I'm getting another one in the Mahogany oil or Weath. black very soon. Neck is fast and flat, body is super light and versatile.guitar is great for both pulling' off some rhythm parts or if you wanna bust out some leads. You cant go wrong with Ibanez.HIGHLY recommended
