This is my first bass and I've had it for six months. The thing is pretty indestructible considering it still look to be in the same condition that I bought it in. As far a sound goes, it OK. I use a VOX T60 Bass amplifier, and with the bassilator switch on it works pretty well. My only major gripes would be the buzzy 12th fret, and the lack of is ability to hold the strap on for more than 5 minutes. Belive me, if you play standing up, get some strap locks. Overall I'm quite impressed, if your a beginner bass player or you're a guitar player like me who is curious to try a bass it a nice price for quality. The Trifade Burst looks the nice, and the neck is nice and smooth.
