The body of the GSA60 is the best of two worlds, slim where it needs to be for playing comfort yet full depth at the neck and pickups for rich tone and long sustain. Loaded with one humbucker, two single-coil pickups, and medium frets enables the GSA60 to fit in any application.
  • Sculpted agathis body
  • Two Powersound single-coil pickups and one humbucker
  • Medium frets
  • Standard tremolo

Ibanez GSA60 Electric Guitar
The GSA-series of electric guitars from Ibanez combine the style, comfort, and tone of the popular S-series with professional level hardware and a wider range of finish selection.
This guitar is guaranteed to satisfy you because, unlike other brands in its price range, the GSA-series models receive the same individual inspection and set-up as much more expensive models.

The agathis body shares the same curved top contours as series stablemates with a pair of high-output Powersound pickups at the neck and mid positions and a Powersound humbucker at the bridge. Complete with a standard tremolo and medium frets. A 25.5" neck scale offers narrow feel and tight tension similar to the Ibanez RG series. One might wonder, with all of these amazing similarities, what could be the difference between these guitars? Well, check the price tag and find out!

This is a superb gift for the new electric guitarist! Call or click to order today.

Awesome guitar. You can play almost any kind of music you want with this. Plus an awesome float off the whammy bar.

I bought my guitar about 3 months ago and am extremely astounded by the quality of sound present. The single coils are slightly noisy and hum a bit , but the humbucker is great and compensates for that. The guitar is highly versatile. You can play all kinds of stuff on it. From slow rock to straight out punk , the guitar provides quality output on all fields. This is my first guitar but I have played a fender standard stratocaster, and a Yamaha electric , and this sounds a whole lot better, not to mention it being more comfortable. The cons would have to be that the color is not the one the images would have you believe, and of course the tremolo is slightly strange in that it throws the strings a bit out of tune, and for a beginner like me, that isn't too great. As a beginner, I strongly recommend this as a beginner guitar. Faults are few , form is beautiful , and sound is awesome.

I've been playing guitar for 8 years now. I've owned and played many guitars during this time. I came across this guitar when my nephew got it for Christmas, along with a small 15 watt amp. I helped him set it up, tuned it, and played it a little. I found the action fast and easy, and pickup switches effective for different sounds. I liked it so much, I got one for myself and play it daily. Coupled with a DOD Grunge effect pedal, a Rogue Wah, and a chorus pedal, I find this guitar to be extremely enjoyable to play.

This guitar is alright. It is great for beginners, yet for others it's not. It sounds wonderful and is a great Jammer... yet, it goes out of tune pretty easily when being jammed on. But for beginners, I definitely recommend it!!!
