Ibanez GRX20 Electric GuitarDon't settle for less. With Ibanez, less* bucks doesn't mean less looks or less tone. Ibanez GRX guitars have the humbuckers you need for heavy rhythms and riffs and exciting finishes worthy of a pro axe. *If we were using correct English we'd say "fewer" not "less" when referring to something you can count, but that would screw up the copy - Your Humble Copywriter.

It is a great guitar, its worth every penny. It sounds good and its a great guitar to start playing. Its very durable, It can resist any kind of stress and its a good looking guitar. One of the best buys I've done in my life. If you're looking for a guitar not to expensive but good, this is the one.
This one is one hell of an ax! The Ibanez GRX20ZJB sports a pair of medium-output humbuckers, which make it best for metal riffing. However, this isn't the best guitar for the buck - at least not mine. I had to replace the pick-ups with an EMG and a DiMarzio. The controls were kind of loose, but I was quickly able to fix it. The tuning knobs are of no good, and the bridge is shaky. I used it with a PODxtLive and a Line6 Spider II amp, and I had to max the volume of my amp before I got the desired output(this was before I replaced the pick-ups).
I bought one, liked it for it's features, so I bought a backup. I had a ESP H50 w/Floyd rose locking trem and nut and hated the Floyd so I looked for something with 2 humbucks and a regular style tremolo. Not many choices out there. It's been 2 1/2 years and they are both holding up just fine. The only thing I don't like is the input is on the bottom edge and I fumble around trying to plug it in. Get one of each color and you will be set, it's a professional grade guitar. The neck and body are as good as any guitar under a grand. The tuners are tight and it stays in tune. The only prob with a guitar like this is your dinky guitar buddies probably won't be impressed but if you can play it the folks who count will think you are hot! I wholeheartedly recommend this guitarfor anybody who wants a Strat-like guitar with humbuckers. It really is an Ibanez quality guitar.
I got this guitar as my first guitar(after playing bass for 2 yrs.) and thought it was amazing. The pickups are great and are definitely worth the money. Right now I play it on a Marshall Tube amp and the humbuckers really kick in. The only complaint that I have about this guitar is that it only sounds good with distortion. I have to use my Les Paul for clean songs. If your looking for a cheap guitar that really rocks you should get this.
