Please don't believe those "5-stars" reviews! I bought this pedal last month... The sound of this pedal is too thin. I can't get a good lead tone from this pedal, but if you want a crunchy rhythm tone, you may give this pedal a try.
From the first moment I've played with this pedal, I fell in love with it. With the right configuration, it sounds good for punk and metal. I've tried other distortion pedals that are considered better and more expensive and this one takes them all! A great price for a great pedal.
This is definitely one of the better distortion pedals I've used. It has really good distortion, especially when used with overdrive, and works well with different amps.
