I was comparing it to one I found in a Woody's Music outlet. It looks almost exactly the same, maybe a little smaller all around, but I'm sure it sounds just as nice. Another plus: it's only half the price! A five-star product with no doubts!!! When I actually bought it, I was AMAZED at the fullness of the sound, a perfect blend of acoustic and electric resonance. An excellent choice for musicians of all skill levels. It is the prettiest sounding guitar I've heard while playing songs from "Oh Brother, Where art Thou," in case you like that.

I don't know how they do it, but I'm sure glad they do! This guitar has more tonal range than any other I have ever played, and I've been at it for a long time. The tone is so versatile. It is professionally high-q and can go from beautifully sweet to nasty and raunchy, low and thumpin' to high and ear splittin'. Genuinely awesome for anything but high volume headbanger stuff. It's a total mystery how this is possible in one guitar. This is so much a player due in large to it's incredible sensitivity. Play it softly and it picks up every nuance. Play it hard and it just explodes. It is excellent for every picking style from fingers, to pick n' fingers, to pick. The range of usable tones is incredible. As for the finish it is beyond belief for this price range, in fact the whole guitar is! Again I ask, how do they do it? Get one NOW. Gibson and the rest of the high dollar companies had better reverse engineer this one to see how it ticks. It truly is on par with any plywood body jazz box that they make.
