I've been playing steel strings for a number of years, and wanted to venture into classical/nylon. This guitar did not disappoint. I love the finish... The abalone around the sound hole and on the logo are very nice looking touches. The electronics seem to be top-notch, I love being able to change the "shape" electronically. I agree with the other reviewer that the strings are much better than most stock guitars, but I think I disagree with the thin wood argument. I've seen a lot thinner and cheaper... I think it feels very solid. It has a beautiful, warm tone and has become my favorite guitar to play. The thin, shaped-back body and neck make it more comfortable to hold than most classical guitars. I bought a "blemished" model, and the only thing I can see wrong with it is there is some slight water or glue stains *inside* the sound hole, where no one but the player can see it. Overall, It's definitely a great bang for the buck. I love it.

The guitar is a fine instrument. The stock strings are not the crappy ones that guitars usually ship with, the preamp itself is worth $200 USD. The tuners have a nice Gold/Black finish, along with a finely carved leaf pattern. Only problems: The wood is too thin. The saddle is too low, allowing a little fret buzz but easy to fix. Personally, my 6th string tuner was too small, but that was a manufacturing defect, and I got it replaced in a jif. Overall, even for a factory guitar, it is well under priced with it's features. Spend maybe $10-$20 extra for a new saddle and maybe a matching nut, and you're golden.
