I am a 13-year old horn player. I was impressed with the price and quality of this mute. It has wonderful sound quality, slides easily into my bell, and the red paint is DEFINITELY a plus! It's well worth the price!

Stonelined mutes are great! If you're having trouble playing with one, you're not using enough air. If it's out of tune, you can either put new cork on, sand down the cork that's there, or get a tunable mute, which is also great!

The Stoneline mutes are really good quality mutes and they really do stay in tune. It's a great, cheap mute!
