Holton Quality

The H105 Horn
The world's finest French horn just got better. The H105 replaces Holton's previous H104 flagship model. Its two interchangeable mouthpipes with newly developed tapers make it easy to switch between work in small chamber ensembles and large symphony orchestral horn. The specially tempered red brass bell produces a rich, dark sound capable of great volume without getting brassy.

The Holton 105 is by far one of the best horns that I own and played off of. I have had a lot of experience playing the French Horn. I have played in chamber groups, wind enembles, and various orchestras and the Holton 105 is great to play off of for all groups. The Holton 105 is always in tune, has a great dark, brassy sound, and is easy to carry around. You will not find a finer horn than the Holton 105.

It's the best Horn I've ever played. It's so easy to tune and it is a good value!! I use it to play in my high school concert band. It's the best Horn around. For a 1940 model, it's in darn good shape!!

This horn has a wonderful tone value, and sound. It is almost always in tune, and plays with a deep mellow sound. I also get a lot of compliments on the way it looks.
