Purchased this bullet mic as a backup to the Shure Green Bullet, particularly since the cable is not permanently attached to the mic. Even after light use the paint starting coming off (more paint in hands than on mic) and the cable connector came off (just glued) leaving wires damaged and exposed. The sound is good but the quality of mic is poor - ergo 2 stars. I'm back to the green bullet and a recent Hohner Astatic JT-30 (knock off) which seems pretty good; a step up from blues blaster(both with detachable cables; an improvement over green bullet design).
