I have been playing Guitar for about 36 years now and I have 4 acoustics and 2 electrics. I play for our worship band and there is usually a lot of folks up on the stage. I get very paranoid with people around my equipment. I had one very bad experience with my Les Paul custom getting knocked off of a cheap stand and it caused the neck to separate from the body. I have finally found a guitar stand that gives me piece of mind. I do not have to worry anymore since I have this Hercules. It is like a telephone pole. I will not use any other stand now. It looks really cool too!!!!

I knew the Hercules Stands Single Guitar Stand with Folding Yoke would be all I'd expect from a great guitar stand. It's sturdy, it's easy to hang on the stand and easy to retrieve without guitar strap getting hung up, it looks good, and I feel confident knowing that my guitar will be standing there waiting for me and not lying on the floor like a drunk. I highly recommend this stand.

The stand is all I had hoped for except hinge area at the bottom where the tripod folds up is "yellow". My wife said it looks like an emergency traffic sign.

Finally, after paying a little bit more, this guitar player has a sturdy, classic stand for my prized instrument! Thanks for a great value!

This is a great guitar stand to easily and safely store your guitar. It is sturdy and looks very nice. My only complaint is that the two moving arms that lock the guitar into place are not properly alligned. I can not tell if it can be adjsuted or not. No instructions came with the stand. When the guitar is placed in the stand, one arm rotates up horizontal to the floor while the other only rotates up to a 45 degree angle.
