They are Not a power house by any means. If you intend to use these in a small enclosed area they will be fine. The EQ needs to be kept flat in order to not clip the amp. The blue clip light tends to stay on often and we are not a loud group. Mostly jazz and blues in medium size clubs. For a quality sound, I recommend these for events under 75 people in a non-open air environment. When I got them the grilles were bent and one of the grille screws was broken off. SO, maybe I just got a Blem or a bad pair. Hard to know.

I am using this PA to amp out my TD-12 V-DRUMS and I must say I'm very happy with it. This thing is clear and loud with plenty of bass. This pa will be handy when having yard and house parties due to being able to just plug an ipod or cd player right into it and blow away any residential multi speaker stereo with club sound. I haven't used it past 1/4 volume and it is painfully loud as a v-drum monitor.I more than recommend this PA.

I bought 2 of these speakers to provide back-up coverage to our small club mains. Unbelievable clear and loud tones both high and low. We're able to independently adjust our outbound signals with each speaker as well as through the other mains from which they are linked and the boards. Alot of product for the price.

I gave these speakers four stars only because of the short time I've had them, so far they have performed great. I ran the EQ flat and hooked in my Ipod, and played various styles of music through them for a couple of hours while I worked outside (i ramped them up until I got an occasional clip light flash). The bottom end surprised me and the highs were nice and tight, the amps ran cool to the touch. The only negatives I found were, One speaker went into clip sooner than the other but I ran a tone generator and used a spl meter and they were closer in sound levels than the knobs indicated. the only other thing was when I stacked them I didn't feel that they were all that secure. I'm going to test them for a little while longer but I'm planing on getting two more and useing them for my smaller Pa gigs.
