I reckoned that the set has 34 songs I definitely can welcome the reduction in time and effort that the books save you if you want to learn them. That's $2 per song, and I value my time well enough to say that's WELL worth the money. If, for you, there are more songs than that which you like (you could say I'm not the easiest to please in terms of selection), you will be paying less than I did per song. And then there's this aspect: whether you like a song or not, does it involve playing techniques you want to learn? They are here in abundance. There are the usual problems with making the symbols clear - no book of this sort yet published passes Classical standards (it might be on the page, but is the "Notation Legend" clear enough that you know what it all means? There are gaps here) . But, under the circumstances, this is still the best general collection of its kind.
