If you are a store, please contact Kaman Music Corporation customer service with the model number, problem and warranty status of the item.
If you are a consumer, please contact your place of purchase to request Warranty Evaluation. You need to provide the model number, and a copy of your original sales receipt for the product when you return it to the store. The store will contact Kaman Music on your behalf to arrange for the Warranty Evaluation.

Sometimes when your removing t-rods quickly, the thing will slip off the head of the t-rod. but useful to have if you're, say, replacing all the heads on your drums and want to save some time. Use the speed handle for removing and tightening lugs in seconds. Can it be used for fine tuning you ask? YES. If you hold the shaft of the key you can basically "torque" the lug till adjusted properly. For $6.50, this universal drum key is worth every penny, if you can use it correctly.
