I mainly use it to mount my percussion gear including bongos, mini Timbales, percussion table and cymbals. i decided to set it up as a drum rack and the the look is cool and clean. it will save lugging a heap of stands. I have the 8-10-12 toms all rack mounted and 14-16 on the floor. This rack supports the toms perfectly as well as all the cymbals I put on it. If you want to put more than one ride on the arm though that will cause the rack to tip. Seems to only support 1 really well. They make side extensions that are easy enough to put on that will support a more advanced cymbal configuration. Would definitely recommend to anyone! It is sturdy yet much lighter than the PDP, making gigging easier Was this review useful?
