This warranty extends only to defects in materials or workmanship as limited above and does not extend to any product which has been lost, discarded, by accident or improper maintenance; or which has been altered; or which has been repaired or modified by a non-authorized person or company. This warranty does not apply to any owner other than the original purchaser; any defects caused by reasonable use, neglect, moisture and/or temperature extremes, handling, shipping or accidents. Under the warranty- repair of replacement parts is the only remedy, and loss of use of the products, loss of time, inconvenience or consequential damages are not covered.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY INFORMATION

If you are a store, please contact Kaman Music Corporation customer service with the model number, problem and warranty status of the item.
If you are a consumer, please contact your place of purchase to request Warranty Evaluation. You need to provide the model number, and a copy of your original sales receipt for the product when you return it to the store. The store will contact Kaman Music on your behalf to arrange for the Warranty Evaluation.

"Great parts!" by RAJ - 7/1/2008 11:16:27 AM Musical Experience: Style of Music: Hometown: Hobbyist Christian, jazz Tennessee I was familiar with Gibraltar hardware since I bought a cymbal stand of theirs, and I am not disappointed with these. They replaced the original 16" rims that came on an older Mapex set, which were too small to hold new heads. These hoops from Gibraltar are great--they are heavier than the originals (and they fit the new heads), the chrome on them is great (also better than the originals). Don't think twice about Gibraltar hardware and parts--they make top-quality, very sturdy and well-made parts and hardware that are made to last. Was this review useful?
