I love heavy duty hardware and Gibraltar came through on this one. The adjustments on the snare basket are infinite and I can use with several different snare drums. I use this in several applications. When using a full kit, I locate this stand to elevate a snare to the side of my floor tom above my ride cymbal or next and above my hi hat. I also use this stand with my cocktail kit for an added flavor. I like that although it has the extended height, it folds down to a compact size and hardly takes up any space in my trap.
