I bought this for a cherished Reynolds Chambers model. It fits perfectly. I've read the criticism from other reviews. I don't find the same to be true with mine. I've drug it around by the handles and the strap all over the place with mute bags hanging off of it and stuff in the outside pockets. My horn is a perfect fit. Other models may not be. My five year old son got caught standing on it lying on it's side. After a panicked scolding I found the horn inside to be completely undamaged. That's my two cents worth.

This case protects your horn fully, holds all the things you can for your musical needs which is almost everything for me, and it lasts a long time. It has a decent shoulder strap, and excellent hinges to ensure yearly quality for an excellent horn case. Wow! I Love IT!

I'm very happy with this case. It is well constructed, with firm thick foam padding and tough nylon straps. The interior covering is a nice black faux-velvet. The shoulder strap is especially convenient. There is one pocket on the outside that holds small accessories. One drawback is that I would have liked to have a place to put music folders instead of inside the case. I'm not sure which other cases have this feature. I have a Holton 749(?) horn, and it fits well, with one exception - every time I take the horn out, the 1st slide on the F side is all the way pushed in. Not a big deal considering how nice the case is otherwise.

I got this case for Christmas this year because it seemed perfect for what I needed. When I got it, I put my horn in it only to find out that it is a little too big for it and the horn can rock back and forth inside the case. I'm returning it now because I need something that will hold my instrument securely and not as loose as this one holds my instrument. It's great other than that, and to me it's a fatal flaw.
