This case is a great improvement from the case I used to own. My old case had no room for anything, but with the Gator GL, I have room for everything. I can put in my reeds, jackets, stands, almost ANYTHING! I recommend this case for any serious sax player. If you are just in a band class to get out of taking harder classes, this is not for you.

I got this case for my crappy sax, and it eventually found its way to one of my good saxes. I have found that it protects my instrument extremely well. Having a shoulder strap, this case makes it easy to carry three saxes at once.

I got this case for Christmas. It has been a very good protective case until now. Already the zipper has come off of the big pocket and some of the threads have unwoven. I'm waiting to see how efficient their customer service is in honoring my warranty.

This case is not the same as the Gator GL tenor case. It actually weighs more than the tenor case! Unlike the tenor version, it will not accomodate a Keilwerth sax, so I had to send it back. All things considered, if my sax would fit both Gator and ProTec, I'd probably go ahead and get a ProTec.
