i am a intermidiate bass player and i decided to buy this bass because i was a using a really bad byscaine bass and i wanted to go to another level with my instrument. i say it is a really good bass its a lot easier to play especially when doing the slop and pop in comparasion to my other bass and the amp is perfect for a gig or for playing at home and the input jack and headphone jack are very usefull. i would recomend it for everyone from pro to begginer
