I bought this amp about 6 years ago, played hard on it at local gigs for the first 4 years, then it simply died...just wouldn't work. So off to the music store where I purchased it, and they gave me a new amp...on the spot...no questions asked. They claimed they simply returen them and get get a replacement amp. Fender, your 5 year warranty is super! I now beat on the new amp just as hard with no signs of quit on this amp. Volume is great, clear tones are full and round thru my Lea Paul Custom...low cost does not mean low quality sound; not with this amp. Thanks Fender.

NEW - "Awesome Amp"

I'm still learning the guitar, so I just wanted an amp with power. This one is LOUD. Love it. I can safely say it drowns out the drums. I can hardly practice with it because it's just too loud for closed spaces, even at 1. Yes, it's a beast! Get one, right now!

Really good amp for the price... the only problem I see is that the distortion is a little muddy when playing it low, but perfect when the volume is around 4 (that means, when the walls start trembling). But that won't be a problem if you don't use the amp distortion while playing home or studying. I used to play Arch Enemy, Carcass and CoB, and it fitted great. Now I play Hellacopters, Pink Floyd and rock-stuff like that, and it fits great! So, a really versatile amp, and I have no intention of buying any other for a long time. What I say is: buy it, you won't regret it.

This amp blows away my MarshallMG100. Had I known I would not have purchased the Marshall. The more drive setting is very strong and the clean is as clean as it gets. I'm not a pro musician, I play guitar, but it doesn't take a pro to figure out that this is a great, and powerful little amp! I think I'll give the Marshall to my kid. If your looking for an affordable, powerful amp, I highly recommend this. And it looks nice too.
