I've had this guitar the whole time I've played. It was my first and I couldn't sell it. Even though its not the best of the best, it feels nice to kick back and just play.I think it sounds just as good as a Martin. Just put on some elixir strings and you've got all you need. ;)
I shopped around for a good beginner pack, because to get a high costing guitar to start off with, unless your pretty wealthy is worthless. Many of my friends have 300-500 acoustics and this guitar almost matches there sound. The quality of this guitar is great its fallen a lot and such and nothing has happened. I had a problem with it staying in tune but i fixed it and have no knowledge of fixing guitars. The "action" or the distance from your chords to the fret board is dangerously close, which is the case with all fenders. On electric guitars that is a must for me, but on acoustics ringing does occur and that close of action is not nessessary. Buy the guitar and switch to gibson action, its cheap. Overall this is the best value-beginners pack on the market and you will see this if you buy it. Jeff
I am in 5th grade,and this is my first guitar and it is great! I really enjoy it. It is a quick way to learn how to play the guitar. I have already learned how to tune my guitar and I am on my way to my very first song. My fingers are becoming sore, but I can live. This is a great way to learn the guitar and I think it will help others because it sure helped me.
Got one for my son. We had another brand in mind but tried this and one could really hear the difference. I was told it is because of the solid top. With a decent gig bag and DVD alone (we have the electric guitar DVD), this is an exceptional value.
