THIS GUITAR IS AWESOME. ITS GREAT FOR EVERY TYPE OF MUSIC. DEREK FROM SUM 41 HAS ONE AND IT SOUNDS REALLY GOOD. YOU'LL HAVE TO TRY IT OUT YOURSELF!
This is one of the most beautiful models of Fender. I love teles and this guitar is my favorite. The beautiful sounds of the Telecaster model is the reason of the success of this model. I always loved the sound of Single Coil pickups. The warm tone of a Humbucker is perfect for a Tele. The versatility is awesome. Good for all kind of styles. I love this guitar.
Just bought this baby and I love it! I went with the good old Black color and it looks awesome! I owned an original back in the 70's and this Tele is bringing back many memories! Clean look, great neck, HB's are more than enough power, so don't let anyone fool you. I have owned almost every single guitar known to man over the years, and this one is right up there with all of them! Only very minor complaint I have is that the bridge was mounted off center just a bit, but not a big problem at all! Great deal and feel! Great job Fender! Highly recommended!
I do a lot of open G tuning with only the 5 string Keith Richards method...Brown Sugar, Honkey tonk Woman, can't you hear me knockin,You can't always get what you want, ect. The tones are there and the dynamics and chords of these songs are easily shaped. Excellent neck action and tone control, with the playability from Fender workmanship.
I love this guitar and they'll never be any other guitar that sounds the same as this. I recommend you to use D'Addario strings to get a really nice chunky sound on the guitar.
