MX Bass Series offers a unique damping system that enables articulation and tonal purity previously unheard of in marching applications. A single 6.5mil internal overtone control ring holds in place a series of eight felt damping inserts. These can actually be reconfigured to customize the level of muffling and articulation!

Single-ply, 10mil with 6.5mil internal overtone control ring.
