For the money an excllent sounding mandolin. The action was close to perfect, just needed a little tweakin. The only problem I had was not enough volume from the under saddle/pick-up and some noise when playing. That was easily fixed with a small plastic shim to tighten the fit of the USP. The little thing is now, loud and beautifully, clear as a bell. For the money spent and the little work needed to make it perfect- 5 stars.
