WOW! It was my second electric guitar, moving up from a squire strat. I got WAAAAY more than I expected for a great price. Super light compared to other les pauls, super fast neck. I got obsessed with playing guitar when i got this, since I've bought a zakk lp, and a g 400 custom, all are very very different guitars with different strengths. the lp ultra 2, however, can do everything. it has billowing open acoustic sounds and huge sustain. whether its jazz, blues metal or just rocking out, this axe is my go to, and it plays everything super smoothly. the fast satin neck, it's length and the back contour fit me perfectly too! love it, recommend it to everyone!

I can play acoustic to punk, grunge, jazz, classic rock, and everything in between just by twisting a few knobs and changing a few amp settings. Light weight, fast thin satin neck, contoured body, Les Paul tone plus Nanomag acoustic tones- one of kind!

I bought this guitar mainly to play at church, as the versatiliity is needed because of the types of songs. Its nanomag acoustic pickup has such a realistic sound, and the humbuckers give it that Les Paul rock feel.
I was so surprised at the versatility of this guitar. I play it through a 2 channel amp, first channel with the nanomag, nice and clear acoustic sound, and then plug the electric pickups through the second channel, and adjust the gain so I get a light crunch.
Then I blend the sounds with the awesome controls on the guitar, and I can play most any sound, from 12 string acoustic to raunchy blues. When I started playing this, I sold my Gibson LP Studio, because this guitar sounds and feels better.
I can't say enough good things about this guitar, and the black wavy finish is to die for. It looks about 20 feet deep, and feels like you could just dive in.
This is a gotta have guitar, if you need versatility on stage or in the basement.
