This was my second wah ever to play around with. I've messed with the Weeping Demon and just didn't like it. I bought this wah with no intention of playing it, but just for looks, but I couldn't pass up playing, I mean, Darrell would want me to, right?!? I don't like using a lot of effects! Anyway, this thing is awesome. It's got serious emotion built into it, if played right. You can go from depressing death ballad to funky 70's Floyd sounds, to, my favorite, DIMEBAG DARRELL. I had to jam Throes of Rejection with this!! I don't know how I'll fit it into our bands music, but I'll find a way!!!

i bought this about 8 months ago, and havent looked back.i use this on, all the time with boost running thru a DD-11 and KFK 10 band equaliser. man, i get awesome tone (esp with stereo amps), and this pedal is key. The boost really thickens your sound, and with teh wah engaged, it adds some extra treble, which sounds cool, even on riffs.I have the pedal set up so that i can push it up to play rythm and plaster it down for solo work, man its great. I get a healthy bassy tone for riffage ala Dime or Crowbar, and a well "dime" tone for my solos, great with some hefty reverb. Not only does this pedal offer so much degree of versatility, but its built like a tank, man, ive bashed this many a time, and it hasnt even chinked the paint. The only thing is, which kit like this that costs, dont run it through some ú40 10W amp, it just doesnt improve it. run this through a good amp, with some good kit and it owns.
